If you are trying to read the market's mood before committing — whether everyone else is panicking or euphoric — start with the Fear & Greed Index. It is a sentiment gauge, not a signal: extreme readings describe where the crowd is, not where price goes next.
If you are thinking about Bitcoin's supply schedule, the halving countdown tracks blocks remaining to the 2028 event and shows what happened after each previous one. Past halvings are a small sample — three events is not a pattern you can size a position on.
